What this site collects

Nothing, unless you contact me. dolwi.com uses no cookies, no analytics and no tracking or advertising tools. Fonts and videos are served from this site itself.

When you contact me

If you use the contact form, I receive what you enter: your name, work email, company, the kind of video you need and your message. If you email me directly, I receive your email.

I use this only to reply to you and, if we decide to work together, to prepare and carry out the project. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and my legitimate interest in answering business enquiries (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)).

Sending the form opens your own email app with the message filled in, so it reaches me as an ordinary email. I keep enquiries for as long as needed to handle them and any project that follows, and delete them within 24 months of our last contact — unless Finnish bookkeeping law requires a record to be kept longer. I never sell or share your details for marketing.

Hosting

The site is hosted on Cloudflare. To deliver pages and protect the site from abuse, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Other services

Booking a call takes you to Calendly, which handles your booking under its own privacy policy.

One video (the CubiCasa tutorial) plays from YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode. Nothing is loaded from YouTube until you press play; after that, Google's privacy policy applies.

LinkedIn is a plain link — nothing is loaded from LinkedIn unless you click it.

Your rights

You can ask to see the data I hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, or receive it in a portable format. Just email me. You can also complain to the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman at tietosuoja.fi.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new date.
